Alden Bianchi is a member of the law firm Mintz Levin, and resident in its Boston office. Bianchi is known within the staffing industry for helping companies prepare for the Affordable Care Act. Bianchi’s history with healthcare reform includes advising the Romney administration on its 2006 Massachusetts healthcare reform act and how federal law would impact Massachusetts’ efforts. In addition, Bianchi has testified on healthcare reform before the U.S. Senate’s Finance Committee. Bianchi also frequently speaks on healthcare reform at staffing industry events.
