George Reardon devotes his law practice at Littler Mendelson to all aspects of the contingent workforce, especially the threats and opportunities presented by the Affordable Care Act. He speaks and writes frequently about laws and regulations that affect the staffing industry, including healthcare reform. Reardon has been general counsel of Adecco North America, Kelly Services, Talent Tree and Snelling Temporaries. He served on the American Staffing Association’s board and executive committee for 12 years.
