Alfred Budschitz is managing director of the Chilean Association of Human Resources Companies (Agest), an organization that represents staffing companies in Chile. He is also a board member of the World Employment Confederation. Among its many activities in 2020, Agest joined the Council of Advisors for the modernization and restructuring of the Chilean National Employment Bureau, the most relevant entity in the country, and incorporated into the Civil Society Council of Sence (National Training and Employment Service), the organization that implements all public policies to reactivate the labor market. Agest produced 15 webinars on the latest legislative, administrative and health changes caused by Covid-19 for its partners.
