Andrea Ávila is CEO of Randstad Argentina and Uruguay. She has developed an extensive industry career, which began at her family’s staffing firm, Servicios Rosario. After holding various positions, she became executive director in 1997 and oversaw the company’s acquisition by UK staffing firm Select Appointments, which was then acquired by Dutch staffing firm Vedior Group in 1999, which in turn was acquired by Randstad in 2008. She was the local representative for the United Nations Global Compact in 2017-18 and treasurer of the Argentina Chamber of Specialized Business Services (CASEEC). In 2018, she was a keynote speaker at the Women’s Empowerment Principles Annual Forum in New York and spoke at the B20 Business Leaders Forum held in Neuquén, Argentina.
