Andres Cardemil, the founder and CEO of HumanNet, launched the firm in 2000 in Chile and then expanded its operations to Colombia. Cardemil recruited and developed a multidisciplinary team of professional consultants with vast experience in the areas of human resources, commercial management, management, operational areas and logistics. HumanNet operates in Chile and Colombia directly, and in Peru, Panama and Ecuador through its strategic alliances. Cardemil also serves as a director of the Chilean Association of Staffing Companies (AGEST) and is a member of ACOSET.
