The EVP of Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) continued to oversee and expand the firm’s MSP practice in 2018, the service offering is global, placing more than 2,000 people in jobs annually. She also maintained her devotion to mentoring internal and external associates, helping them move into new roles crucial to their career progression. Celebrating 16 years with S3, Donaldson serves as the only charter partner to SIA for the development of its Certified Contingent Workforce Professional certification programs. She also serves on the boards for the Parade Co. and The Heat and Warmth Fund in Detroit, where S3 is headquartered.
