In late 2022, Bean led the creation and kick-off of the Be the Light Tour, a mobile career center providing support and resources to job seekers. The Tour has already assisted over 300 job seekers in Atlanta alone and aims to impact thousands across multiple cities by 2025. Additionally, Bean is a member of the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council.
