He advises leaders of large, multinational corporations on workforce strategies and speaks often at universities, symposiums and think tanks about changing labor dynamics, the evolution of work and the growth of free agency.
In 2017, Camden founded IPSE-U.S., The Association of Independent Workers, and serves as its president. The organization’s goal is to give independent workers an equal voice in public policy, an equal choice to pursue their workstyle without fear, and equal access to benefits that protect their families and finances.
