Chad Koele is president of Aerotek Engineering and Sciences/EASi. In the past year, Koele led the organization to support engineering and sciences and aligned the company to re-focus priority on consultant care and retention. In 2020, he transitioned Aerotek/EASi to a virtual work environment while continuing to exceed client Service Level Agreements. He began as a recruiter with Aerotek’s contract engineering division in 1993 and held multiple roles throughout his career in sales and operations. He is a member of CEO Action and is involved with the BEYA (Black Engineer of the Year Awards) and WOC (Women of Color) organizations through Aerotek.
