Prior to assuming his current role as president of Allegis Global Solutions, Chad Lane spent more than 20 years in management positions within Allegis Group’s operating companies. Under his leadership in 2016, Allegis Global Solutions gained market share across multiple segments including MSP, RPO and SOW (services procurement). Lane guided the firm’s expansion into new regions including India and China. Before becoming president, Lane served as VP of operations and global managing director of recruitment. He was instrumental in developing the strategy and structure of the firm’s MSP offering, overseeing client operations, and was responsible for growing Allegis Group’s brand in Asia Pacific.
