David MacKeen, Jr. joined Eliassen Group — the 13th-largest IT staffing firm in the US — in 1999 as CFO/treasurer and became CEO in 2010. The company thrived under his leadership in 2021, as its service lines and geographical presence grew significantly through the acquisition of four companies: The Evanston Group, Rooster Park, Lightwell and Fidato Partners. He is known for building relationships that transcend “the transaction” in order to establish meaningful and lasting partnerships that have come to define the Eliassen community. MacKeen also serves on several boards, including the Bentley Executive Club, Endicott College Board of Advisors, Trustee Associate of St. John’s Prep, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
