Columbia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Herranz joined Adecco in 2001 as a branch manager in Madrid, Spain, before becoming the training general director in Spain and subsequently the general director of outsourcing. He is also president of the GAN4Youth initiative in Latin America.
