Dave MacKeen Jr. joined Eliassen Group, the 14th-largest IT staffing firm in the US, in 1999 as CFO/treasurer and became CEO in 2010. Eliassen acquired two staffing and consulting firms in 2020: The Armada Group and Ferguson Consulting. MacKeen is proud of Eliassen’s successful shift to a completely remote model while keeping employees’ safety and well-being front and center; the company has also fostered a transparent, inclusive and supportive environment through cultural initiatives such as CLEAR Culture. MacKeen serves on the Endicott College Board of Advisors, is a board member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Van Noy Valor Foundation, and coaches youth hockey.
