Edmundo Escobar is a lawyer with vast experience in Mexico’s staffing industry. He is vice president of staffing firm Rolling Personnel and a counselor at Mexican Associations of Human Capital Firms (AMECH). Escobar also maintains an active presence in the International Labour Organisation (ILO) — a UN agency that brings together governments, employers and workers from 187 member states to establish labor standards, formulate policies and develop programs to promote decent work — and at the Ciett World Employment Conference. Escobar co-authored the book Regulatory Frameworks for Private Employment Agencies in Latin America with Martin Padulla.
