Beginning his career with Yoh from 1985 to 2004, McGrath returned as the organization’s president in 2017 and has since led the company’s growth. This past year, he launched YohFlex with Collabor8 for Yoh branch offices, a flexible approach to the workplace model requiring only one day in the office a month to connect, collaborate and have fun. McGrath also expanded relationships with customers across their spectrum of global talent solutions. He is continuing the expansion of DZConneX, Yoh’s Total Talent Solutions brand, into 2023.
