Geno A. Cutolo is president and CEO of Advantage Resourcing, Atterro and Staffmark. He joined Staffmark in 1998 in a sales role, progressing to president and CEO in 2016. Recruit Holdings, one of the world’s largest staffing firms, last year placed two of its other US-based companies — Advantage Resourcing and Atterro — under him as well. The combined companies count more than 350 offices across the United States and place more than 200,000 employees annually. Cutolo also focused last year on creating more opportunities for the companies’ temporary workers, working with customers to improve pay rates, and driving higher levels of employee engagement.
