Edwards, who also serves as CEO of Teamwork Chile, saw Agest nearly double its membership to 25 companies from 13 amid the pandemic and become operationally independent of member income, enabling it to pursue initiatives such as monitoring members in terms of solvency, labor regulations compliance and labor relations. A partnership with the International Labour Organization and its representatives in Chile has enabled Agest to carry out a program to promote decent work.
