As founder and CEO of Genesis10, Harley Lippman has helped grow the company into one of the largest privately held IT staffing and workforce solutions companies. In the 20 years since its creation in 1999, Genesis10 has retained eight of its original 10 founding colleagues. Despite his professional success, Lippman is most proud of his philanthropic contributions. For the past 17 years, Lippman has been the sole supporter of a Cambodian orphanage — a role he “fell into” after visiting on a family trip. He provides everything these children need as they grow up in the orphanage, but his commitment doesn’t end when they turn 18. He ensures they are employable through English and computer skills lessons, and to date has supported eight of the children through college.
