In 2018, Brightfield expanded its AI-offerings to staffing firms, leveraging their ATS and CRM data to optimize which requisitions are best to work on and which recruiter should be working on it. In addition, 2018 saw the launch of a proprietary natural language processing technology that can extract and interpret usable data from the unstructured text of work-related contracts, such as SOWs.
