CEO of Adecco Ecuador since November 2016, Javier Barba Diaz has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry. He has been responsible for leading Adecco’s operations in a very difficult business environment, considering that, since 2008, policymakers in Ecuador have prohibited staffing and outsourcing services.
