Jerry Bostelman started out at a Big Four public accounting firm before founding Brentwood, Tennessee-based Vaco in 2002. Today, Vaco ranks among the largest staffing firms in the US and was a 2019 Grand Prize Winner on SIA’s annual Best Staffing Firms to Work For list. Also in 2019, Bostelman oversaw the acquisition of MorganFranklin Consulting, adding another layer to its services. In addition, Vaco’s internal workers focused on becoming even more mindful and intentional when working with clients, candidates and consultants; the idea came from reading the book The Power of Moments.
