Jocelyn Lincoln joined Kelly in 1998 as a marketing manager and in 2020 became chief talent experience officer. In 2021, Lincoln and her team worked to amplify the voice of talent at Kelly, vastly improving the digital talent experience at several key touchpoints and transforming how the $3.6 billion staffing giant connects with temporary workers. In the first full year of Kelly’s Equity@Work movement, which Lincoln helps lead, the company also launched Kelly 33, a program that connects job seekers who have a non-violent, non-relevant criminal background with employers in need of their skills. Lincoln is the executive sponsor for Kelly’s LGBTQIA+ affinity group, Rainbow Alliance.
