Jorge Figueroa is director of public affairs and sustainability for Randstad Argentina. He is a board member of the Chambers of the industry, a national federation. He has participated in the development of projects and promotion of labor reforms and ratification of ILO Convention 181. One such effort was the Barrio 31 Labor Inclusion Program, in partnership with the government of Buenos Aires. With the aim of motivating other private sector organizations to lower all discrimination barriers, to make inclusion and diversity programs possible and be the “bridges to inclusion” between labor supply and demand, Barrio 31 was exhibited as a case study at the OECD Forum in May 2019, at SRHM US Las Vegas in June 2019, and included the WEC’s 2019 Sustainability Report.
