Karen Fichuk in 2019 became CEO of Randstad North America and the second female executive board member in the company’s history. As leader of Randstad’s core business brands in the US and Canada, she oversees the largest operating company in Randstad’s global portfolio and is responsible for more than 90% of the company’s annual revenue in North America. She is helping Randstad make more sophisticated use of data drawing on her 25 years’ experience in data, analytics and technology with Nielsen. Fichuk also launched Randstad’s Executive Diversity Council, implemented required unconscious bias training for all employees, and is leading the charge on validating pay equity at Randstad in 2020.
