Kelly McCreight is president and CEO of Hamilton-Ryker, vice chairman of the American Staffing Association for 2017 and treasurer of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce. Hamilton-Ryker in 2011 created an Employee Stock Ownership Program to reward and retain its long-term employees and now has more than 1,000 employee owners in the company. It is also one of the original companies involved in the new Safety Standard of Excellence program with the National Safety Council. Hamilton-Ryker completed six acquisitions over the last several years to diversify the company from predominately a light industrial staffing firm to include offerings such as IT services and a VMS. The company’s sales have doubled in the last three years, and 2016 was the highest revenue year in its 45-year history.
