He also launched a refresh of the Snelling brand to elevate brand awareness. Elkinson purchased a Norell Staffing franchise in the late 1980s and served as CEO of Quanta USA before joining Snelling. Founded in 1951, Snelling operates more than 80 office locations nationwide and garnered more than $200 million in brand revenue in 2017.
