Regional director of ManpowerGroup for Central America and the Caribbean, Alberto Alesi has more than 14 years of multicultural and dynamic HR and technology staffing experience. Alesi led the development of an employment industry association in Central America and the Caribbean called APRODET, which in 2017 developed a formal group of eight staffing companies that grew to 23 companies in 2018. A new meeting is being organized for the beginning of 2019 to analyze advances and challenges for the upcoming year, and formalize the Panamanian association.
