The addition of RiseSmart allows Randstad to provide clients with a more comprehensive suite of services that address the full workforce continuum. Galipeau also chairs the Randstad Innovation Fund, which invests in early to expansion-stage technology companies to accelerate HR technology advancements that affect how employers engage the workforce.
