Mara Swan, ManpowerGroup’s executive VP of global strategy and talent, has a passion for enabling businesses and people to achieve their potential. She joined the company in 2005 and became executive VP, global strategy and talent, in January 2009. In February 2014, Swan also assumed global brand leadership for the Right Management business. Guided by the philosophy of moving business forward through the power of vision, alignment and execution, she is focused on creating success by developing a strategy, culture and action plan that provides clients and candidates value while unlocking the human potential of her staff. Swan plans to retire in March 2020.
