He developed The Adecco Group X (AGX), The Adecco Group’s digital innovation and incubation unit. Since the inception of AGX, The Adecco Group launched end-to-end online staffing model Adia, a platform that enables employers to request temporary staff for hourly or daily assignments; explored the application of big data in the staffing industry through Adecco Analytics; strengthened its partnership with chatbot developer Mya Systems; acquired Vettery, an online permanent recruitment platform; and together with Microsoft, co-created YOSS — an online staffing marketplace for freelancers and large enterprises. Sawyerr took over as CEO of YOSS USA in 2018 to focus on expanding the brand and its footprint in North America.
