Under CEO Mark S. Elwood’s leadership, Elwood Staffing has grown from a single office in Indiana to more than 275 service locations across 32 states with revenue of nearly $1 billion. In 2021, Elwood enacted senior executive leadership changes to support the company’s strategic vision for continued growth by positioning the company to compete on a bigger scale, put more people to work quickly, and further develop and expand its specialty service offerings. Elwood joined Elwood Consulting, a pre-employment testing service founded by his father, in 1987; it was rebranded Elwood Staffing in 1997, and Elwood became CEO in 2016.
