Martín Padulla is the founder and managing director of staffingamericalatina, a business partner of SIA. He was managing director of the Latin American Confederation of Staffing Companies in 2013, and is an expert on the industry in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. He also is a consultant to the International Labour Organization and GAN4Youth in Latin America. He’s the author of Flexible Labor in South America and co-author of Regulatory Framework for Private Employment Agencies in Latin America, together with Edmundo Escobar. In 2017, he participated in several forums about the future of work globally.
