He promoted an initiative seeking to reduce youth unemployment, reaching more than 7,200 registered employees in Peru in 2019, 33% more than the previous year. Montoya led the Experience Work Day, in which select university students experience a real work day in their chosen career. Adecco Peru, under his leadership, participates in the Empowered Program signed by the Adecco Foundation and the ILO to provide job opportunities to more than 1,000 young people at risk of exclusion. He also leads the “Business and Disability Network” that seeks to promote and encourage the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work. He works on an “Diversity and Inclusion” agenda and has reached a 50-50 balance of men to women in management positions.
