Peter Quigley held a number of executive positions prior to becoming executive VP of Kelly Services in 2017. In his new role, Quigley also serves as president of global staffing where he oversees the company’s staffing operations in the Americas and EMEA regions. He also manages several corporate administrative departments including IT, global service and global business services. Quigley was instrumental in expanding Kelly’s position in substitute teacher staffing with the acquisition of Teachers On Call during the past year. He also participated in nationwide “listening tour” meetings with Kelly employees. Quigley serves on the board of Persol Holdings and as second vice-chairman of the American Staffing Association.
