He oversees $3 billion-plus staffing operations in the Americas and EMEA and represents Kelly on the boards of Persol Holdings, a leading HR solutions company in Japan, and PersolKelly, Kelly’s JV in APAC. Quigley is also GM of IT, global service and global business services, where he and his team are currently overhauling the company’s technology platforms. He regularly spends time with Kelly’s front-line employees, who he believes are Kelly’s most valuable asset. Quigley is second vice chair of the board of the American Staffing Association.
