Robert (Bob) Baer has more than 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry. In his nine years with BelFlex Staffing Network, the company has grown to 25 offices and more than $130 million in annual revenue from six offices and $30 million in revenue. In 2017, Baer was heavily involved in the acquisition of Premier Staffing in Little Rock, Ark., which has since seen business significantly increase. Baer is also involved with numerous community service programs including LIFT the TriState — a collaborative effort with the Freestore Foodbank, one of Ohio’s largest food banks — to provide unemployed and underemployed adults with the hard and soft skills needed for employment in the warehouse and transportation industries.
