Robert W. Glass is executive VP, corporate development, at Robert Half, the sixth-largest U.S. staffing firm and a pioneer in accounting and finance staffing. He also sits on the Legislative Committee of the ASA. Glass joined Robert Half in 1986 and was part of its original management team after the original franchise business was acquired from founder Bob Half. Glass took on his current role in 2004. He is the former chairman of Upwardly Global, a national organization that helps highly skilled immigrants and refugees rebuild their professional careers in the U.S., and he is a trustee for the Rhode Island School of Design.
