Rui Rocheta, regional head of Iberia and Latin America, joined Gi Group in 2012 from the management consulting area, serving as country manager in Brazil for five years. In 2020, despite the pandemic, the region saw renewed growth with the acquisitions of Grupo Norte’s temporary labor operation in Spain and Kelly’s operation in Brazil. During his tenure, he has overseen a four-fold increase in revenue as well as the launch of firms such as C2C, Wyser and Tack&TMI. He also led the acquisitions of Holomática, Laborh and TackTMI Brasil.
