Sara Smok, general manager of Manpower Chile and an active lecturer in business forums in the country, has led ManpowerGroup’s operations in Chile for 10 years. She is also president of the Chilean Association of Staffing Firms (AGEST), and this year was elected to the Civil Society Council of the Labor Directorate, an advisory group comprised of representatives from non-profit associations. Smok in October was named director of the La Araucana Compensation Fund, representing the National Chamber of Commerce.
