During the transaction process, C&A continued to earn incremental market share and experienced organic growth well in excess of that of the industry. Last year, C&A celebrated its 50th year, which Thompson calls “a testament to the quality, passion, and talents of our employees.” Additionally, the firm was named to Training magazine’s prestigious Training Top 125 list, which honors organizations with the most successful employer-sponsored training and development programs in the world.
