Stephen C. Dwyer is the American Staffing Association’s senior VP and chief legal officer; in June 2020, he assumed the additional role of chief operating officer. He oversees the association’s legal and legislative affairs activities on behalf of the industry, as well as ASA’s business operations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Dwyer was instrumental in ensuring that staffing firms had access to Paycheck Protection Program funding. He is proud to represent and defend the interests of an industry that does so much good for so many people. He entered the staffing industry in 2001 when he joined ASA.
