Rose has emerged as a force in the staffing industry, providing staffing services to customers in all 50 states. The company has grown organically, largely driven by Bhatia’s attention to technology innovation and staff professional development initiatives. In 2015, Bhatia was named to the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) board of directors. She is the first female minority business owner to serve on the NMSDC’s board in this capacity.
