Marks also inspired the symposium attendees in a second speech that profiled the growth and global expansion of Cielo, the recruitment process outsourcing firm she founded in 2005. Reinforcing the company’s industry leadership, Cielo took home three awards from the 2015 HRO Today Forums, including “Best use of social media” with AB InBev and “Best Partnership in Recruiting Excellence” with Dialog in Europe and Bristol-Myers Squibb in North America.
