In nearly two decades as chief human resource officer for Staffmark Group in Cincinnati, Suzanne Perry has spearheaded a number of initiatives to support the Staffmark Group team and their clients. Staffmark Group is part of RFG Staffing. In 2020, she assumed responsibility for protecting the health and safety of Staffmark Group’s internal and external workforce while continuing to meet the needs of clients. She led the transition of personnel in more than 400 locations to remote operations, oversaw the development of safe and compliant return-to-work processes, and helped promote a culture of resilience and adaptability.
