Industry veteran Tom Bickes led one large staffing firm, Atlanta-based EmployBridge, when it was acquired by Select Family of Staffing Companies in January 2015. The deal made headlines as the combined entity would be the largest light industrial staffing company in the United States. Today, Bickes is CEO of the combined firm, which used the EmployBridge name. However, Bickes’ involvement in the staffing industry goes back years; beginning when he was a senior manager with Norrell Services Inc. In addition to his role as CEO, Bickes serves on the board of the American Staffing Association.
