Toshio Oka took on the role of CEO at Advantage Resourcing this year. Advantage is part of Recruit Co. Ltd., one of the world’s largest staffing firms. Oka formerly served as executive officer, global staffing business, for Recruit and as CEO of Staff Services, which is Recruit’s largest staffing company based in Tokyo. Recruit acquired U.S.-based Advantage Resourcing America and Advantage Resourcing Europe in December 2011.
