Under Vander Morales’ leadership as president, Brazil’s National Federation of Human Resource Companies, Temporary and Outsourced Labor Unions, or FENASERHTT, had a key role in the enactment of legislation that helped companies survive the pandemic, providing emergency benefits for job and income preservation, reduced work hours, suspension of the labor contract and emergency monthly aid to workers. FENASERHTT also signed a partnership with a specialized technology company to provide consultancy and certification of Brazil’s LGPD, or general data protection regulation. Further, Morales worked with the government to revise labor standards in order to simplify the application of labor legislation, modernizing or revoking more than 100 norms.
