April Donaldson, shareholder and former executive VP of Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), has held numerous roles during her 27-year career in the staffing industry. She contributed to the development of SIA’s Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) accreditation program, oversaw the expansion of S3’s MSP practice and recently established a Covid-19 supplier task force and developed a pandemic crisis staffing strategy for supporting clinical staffing needs at hospitals nationally. Donaldson is making her fourth appearance on the Staffing 100 North America list and has also been named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in recognition of her contributions to the industry.
