One of Regional President Becky Frankiewicz’s top achievements in the past year was leading ManpowerGroup North America through the health, social and financial crises caused by Covid-19. Frankiewicz aims to keep the organization business-minded and values-led with transparency and frequent communications. She joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017. Prior to that, she led one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries, Quaker Foods North America, and was responsible for $2.6 billion in business. She was appointed to the board of Energizer Holdings Inc. in January 2020.
