Bettina Schaller

As president of the World Employment Confederation, Bettina Schaller works closely with governments, national staffing and recruitment federations and member companies worldwide to promote the value of a well-regulated private employment services industry. In 2021, she helped the industry adapt to Mexico’s ban on temporary agency work with a new framework of providing specialized services, ensuring the sector continues to provide a pathway out of the informal job sector where more than 50% of workers do not have access to social security and self-employed workers do not follow a formal accounting system. Schaller has also triggered a transformation process of the Latin American Members of World Employment Confederation to further align with the global Industry Community.
